Overview – THIS IS THE HOMEPAGE

This template is for you to copy courses without affecting current content. First and most importantly, best practice for “copying” this course or any modules associated with it is to open/view the page and do it from the “Howdy” bar. Make sure you are choosing “copy to new draft” when duplicating any modules for this course!

Things You Need to do to Complete this Course Build:

• Copy a new draft this course using the “NEW DRAFT” option in WordPress. Do NOT use clone!
• Change the Course Title and URL and save as a draft
• Add the “Course ID” and “Quiz ID” to the Certificate shortcode at the top of this page
• Change the lesson list id (below in the shortcode box) to the new course id (in the url after “post=”)
• Go to the Customizer and add the new course id to the “hidden module list”
• Adjust the three-part box at the top of the page to reflect the time to complete, the type of content this course utilizes (ex: long-form, full video production, audio, etc)
• Import the content from the instructor, including bio, course overview, learning objectives, and module content and make it pretty
• Create a Record of Completion (and go to “Settings” at the top of this page to link the correct certificate)
• Create the necessary Quizzes and add them to each module (using the reusable block “Self-study Quizzes”).
• Complete a bibliography for each module (using the reusable block “Self-study Bibliography”)
• Reminder: when using “reusable blocks,” make sure to convert them to a normal block before altering anything. Otherwise you will adjust the content of that block on every site that it lives on.
• Add featured images to the main course site and to each module. These should all be size 1280×715 
• Add the “End of Course Survey” to the end of the final module (using the reusable block “Self-study End of Course Survey”)
• Make any edits from the instructors
• Publish your course!
