Paul Stockton, the founding Director for the Center for Homeland Defense and Security, speaks about his new appointment in the Obama administration as Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and America’s Security Affairs. In this interview Paul focuses on his interest in helping to strengthen the partnership between the DoD and the state governments, so they are ready to work together when a situation arises where DoD support is requested and fully approved.
