Angela English suggests that this is simply a part of the human experience. In this segment, we learn how emergency managers and homeland security officials can gain a great deal of relevant knowledge about resiliency from people who have disabilities. Angela English discusses her organization’s disability stakeholder work-groups, which develop recovery, mitigation, repatriation strategies, as well as outreach and preparedness, integration services, and grant programs in relation to people with disabilities.
