This self-study course will establish a methodology for assessing how an emerging technology may influence homeland security and society as a whole.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Understand and apply a methodology for assessing the potential beneficial and disruptive applications of emerging technologies, especially as they relate to homeland security
- Provide awareness of several emerging technologies and their implications for homeland security
