Stewart Sarkozy-Banoczy, Managing Director, North America/Global Strategic Partnerships Lead, Global Resilient Cities Network, provided a “report from the frontlines” and discussed considerations for short-, mid-, and long-term resilient recovery and keeping the “resilience dividends” as we balance many cascading effects.
