Nice job Tommy! Trust is complex and has many facets depending upon the individuals and cultures from where people come from. Collaboration and coordination from the top allow the organization to grow in diverse ways and to step out of the norms.
Tom- very well put. An implementation strategy through the use of trust and communication will better assist the understanding and familiarization with the their organization, which in turn be applied to the other organizations to work "TOGETHER". Though complex NYC just needs the right person with the vision to complete the mission (like yourself!) Keep pressing on Chief!
